About Us
PolicyFly allows insurers to create digital storefronts to sell and manage specialty insurance. What’s specialty insurance? Think wildfire, flood, trucking fleets, cargo, satellites or even musical instruments.

Getting coverage for these hard-to-insure things is actually, really hard. Insurance agents spend all day emailing PDFs to companies and closing deals usually takes weeks, but with PolicyFly, an insurer can offer up a quote instantly.

PolicyFly supports any data model for any customer's needs and flexes and bends to the demands of an individual insurance program. Think of PolicyFly as a developer framework that enables us to build complex automated insurance projects. That's where you come in.

What you’ll do
You’ll be a key member on the delivery team, responsible for retaining and growing PolicyFly’s most strategic accounts. We’re highly technical and customer obsessed, and we take a solutions first mindset.

From scoping out a new product line for our customers, to running a business review with executives, to building out a critical tool that helps a business operate better, our work is different each day. We leverage our technical expertise and relentless curiosity to transform how software gets built.

You’ll focus on two primary responsibilities:
  1. Plan, Build and Grow applications for customers to ensure their initial and evolving success with PolicyFly
  2. Tackle technical limitations (or inefficiencies) with the PolicyFly framework that need solving via code (e.g. a bug, a missing feature, etc) or partner with our product engineering team to tackle the problem.
